I hopped on TicketHub hoping to find tickets for a few concerts and sports events, and wow, what a disappointment. The selection was so thin it felt like I was browsing the official “random scraps nobody asked for” section. Hardly anything I was actually looking for showed up. If you enjoy wasting time digging through the ticket equivalent of a clearance rack, this place might be your spot. Not for me.

"Super confusing communication"
The emails I got from them were confusing, and the replies never really answered what I was asking. Like I said, I just wanted to know the status of my ticket, but every time I asked, I got some vague message back. It was really stressful because, like I said, sometimes you just need a clear answer and not a bunch of unclear back-and-forth.

"Checkout kept freezing on me"
I tried buying tickets on ticketshop.store and at first I was like, okay, this looks simple enough, should only take a minute.
Then the checkout froze twice right after I entered my card details and sent me back to the beginning. That’s when my mood changed real quick, because I had no idea if I’d been charged or not.
Maybe other people have better luck with it, but for me it was way too frustrating. I ended up giving up and buying the tickets somewhere else.

"Never Got My Ticket Confirmation"
I bought tickets and the confirmation just never came through. I checked my inbox, checked spam, refreshed a bunch of times, and still nothing. It was really stressful because I kept thinking, did my order even go through or not? I had to chase it up myself, and even after that I still didn’t feel fully confident everything was okay. For tickets, the confirmation really needs to be instant, or at least dependable. It’s just not something you should have to keep checking and worrying about. I won’t be using them again.

"Tickets worked just fine"
I was a little nervous at first, assuming there might be some kind of issue at the gate, but the tickets scanned without any problem. The price seemed fair enough, and even though delivery took a few minutes longer than I expected, everything ended up being fine.

The service itself was fine, but by the time the extra fees showed up, it definitely changed how I felt about the whole experience. Let’s just say the final total wasn’t exactly what I had in mind

"Checkout felt sketchy"
I made it all the way to the payment page, but it felt sketchy as hell. There wasn’t enough clear info, the checkout vibe was weird, and I wasn’t about to hand over my card details to some janky-looking setup. I bailed and I’m not bothering with it again.

"Venue info was mostly right, but no follow-up"
The venue details were mostly correct, but the entrance info was kind of confusing. I ended up having to check somewhere else before heading over just to be sure. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it definitely could’ve been clearer. Also, there was no follow-up afterward, which was a bit frustrating since it would’ve been nice to know they actually cared about the confusion.

I tried to give it a fair shot, but the pages kept freezing over and over until I finally just gave up. What made it more frustrating was all the vague promises about things being smooth or easy, because that definitely wasn’t my experience.

I tried to cancel my order, but the replies were really slow and I never got a clear answer about what was going on. It felt like I was being left in the dark the whole time. The refund eventually came through, but it took way longer than I expected

I ended up paying nearly double what I expected, that just didn’t feel fair. The whole experience left a bad taste because the price difference seemed way too high for what I got

"They did the right thing and helped me change my order"
I had to change the date on my ticket after I’d already booked it, and I was expecting it to be a hassle. But they handled it quickly and treated the situation fairly. I did have to wait a little bit, but they followed through and got it sorted, which I really appreciated. Overall, a good experience.

"Tickets Arrived, But Later Than Expected"
The tickets did come through in the end, but i was expecting a faster response. I kept refreshing my email and it made the whole process more stressful than it needed to be. Support was fine, but the delivery speed definitely needs some improvement.

I was trying to grab tickets at the last minute and couldn’t find anything available. Kind of frustrating because I figured there might at least be a few options left, but nope. Like, make it make sense.

I went on the site because it showed tickets were available, but when I tried to buy 4, it kept telling me there weren’t enough. I even tried lowering the number and still ran into the same issue. After a while, it just felt like the site wasn’t being honest about what was actually available. Frustrating and a waste of time. I don’t think I’d trust it enough to use it again.

"Worked fine, but the pricing and wait were annoying"
I bought tickets here and it worked out in the end, but the whole process could’ve been better. I had to wait in the queue longer than I expected, which was frustrating, and then the final price ended up being higher than what I first thought once the fees showed up. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I really wish they showed the full cost earlier instead of surprising you at the end. Overall it was okay, just not as clear or smooth as it could be...

I showed up thinking everything would be fine, but my ticket scanned as invalid at the entrance. I was frustrated, then just disappointed, because by the time it was all sorted, or not really sorted, I ended up missing the whole event.
